Studio Guzzi was established at the beginning of the seventies as an employment consultancy for small and medium sized companies in Milan and Lombardy. Over the years, it continued to invest in process automation and the quality of its services, adding new corporate services to its range of services in recent years for private companies and non-profit organisations. Studio Guzzi now has an office in Rome in addition to a broad network of professionals and partners in the main Italian cities and abroad. It provides companies with outsourcing services for human resource administration and management, accounting and tax services, outsourcing for foreign companies, software and IT services, communication and marketing, property services, corporate finance and trade and contracts and legal assistance.
