Legal assistance
- commercial information, database research, chamber of commerce certifications, list of protests;
- debt collection, assignment of non-recourse loans, insolvency claims, enforcement actions to protect credit rights;
- analysis of current or potential disputes, evaluation of advantages, settlements and out-of-court settlements, arbitration, expert consultancy services;
- legal representation and assistance in civil, administrative or criminal actions.
Legal and contractual consultancy services:
- opinions and information on civil, criminal, commercial, administrative and European regulations and procedures;
- technical and legal consultancy services on specific matters such as food hygiene and sanitary matters (Haccp), product labelling, application of the personal data privacy code, licensing and use of public areas, regulations on subcontracting, public contract and Soa [certification body] procedures, environmental regulations on polluting emissions, subsidies and the regulation of commercial activities and transport;
- assistance in the preparation, interpretation and amendments to all types of contracts;
- formation of companies, temporary company associations, cooperatives, consortia, foundations and associations, preparation of shareholders’ agreements, consultancy services for notarial deeds;
