The human resource department offers a wide range of services for the complete management of a company workforce. It comprises four sub-divisions: employment consultancy, human resource administration, staff automation, human resource management. Staff Automation
Studio Guzzi uses advanced management software to effectively automate the recording, control and management of information on the attendance figures of the human resources. The IT solutions adopted allow the payment management systems to be integrated with the data held by the customer: the information is exchanged by providing the customer with a web window on Studio Guzzi, available 24 hours a day. The software delocalises the collection of the data necessary to manage the single work ledger and then integrates it into the payment program.
Atlancode VELA: is the way to automate the recording, control and management procedures of the data regarding the attendance levels of the human resources: employees, partners and third parties.
VELA allows the data on the hours worked and paid, which needs to be sent to the payment procedure, to be balanced properly in real time. In addition, it generates clear, customisable and updated statistics on how/where the hours worked were carried out.
