Property Services

The Property department comprises three sub-divisions: Property administration – Purchase and sale of property, buildings and renovations – Property consultancy services. Each department is set up to deal with both companies and private parties. Studio Guzzi provides consultancy services and technical, operational and legal support for all types of property transactions, small and big, from the search for land with planning permission and financial backers for big companies, to the preparation and registration of leasing contracts and loan for use agreements for private parties.

Property Administration:

  • preparation and registration of leasing contracts and loan for use agreements;

  • calculation, forms and expiry management for municipal tax purposes;
  • land registry forms, chamber of commerce certifications and certificates, cadastral registration and information research;

Property Consultancy:

  • invitations to tenders and regional pacts (patti d’area), opportunities for new locations;
  • consultancy services for asset arrangements between opposing parties (purchase and sale of beneficial rights, exchanges, etc.);
  • assistance in property settlement issues in the event of hereditary succession or division;
  • assistance in property or condominium disputes, out-of-court settlements, arbitration and technical consultancy services;
  • consultancy services and assistance with loans, property leases, lease-back operations and mortgage loans;
